Your money at Zentrader stays yours: it's kept apart from ours, it can only be moved by you, and it's only ever paid back to you. Here is what sits behind that.
Client funds are held separately
All client balances are segregated and held separately from the company's own funds, and the balances in client accounts are reconciled against the funds held for them as part of a regular reconciliation process. Client money isn't used to run the business.
Only you can move your money
- Verified account holders only. Deposits and withdrawals open up only after your identity check, so every payment on the platform belongs to a verified person.
- Your own name, in and out. Deposits come from accounts, cards and wallets in your name, and withdrawals are paid only to an account or wallet in your name. Nobody else can withdraw your balance. See Can someone else deposit or withdraw for me?
- 3D Secure on card deposits. We accept only cards enrolled in 3D Secure, so your card issuer confirms it's you before a card deposit goes through.
- Withdrawals handled by our team. You request a withdrawal from your client area, our team processes it Monday to Friday within 24 hours, and you get an email when it's processed or rejected. If anything needs a closer look, we ask you for documents first and the request shows as On Hold until we have them.
- Your sign-in is protected. Your password is never shown to or asked for by our staff, and resetting it signs you out of every device at once. See How to reset your password.
You can never owe us money
There's no leverage, no margin and no debt. The most you can lose on a trade is the amount you traded, and your balance can't go below zero. See What are the risks of trading?
Everything is on the record
Every deposit, withdrawal, trade, fee and cashback bonus is listed in Transaction History with a running balance, and you can download a statement for any period. If a figure ever looks wrong, send us the transaction ID through the chat and we'll check it. See How to download your statement and transaction history.
