How to deposit with crypto

You can deposit with crypto from your client area. You enter the amount in your account currency, send the matching amount of crypto from your own wallet or exchange account, and your account is credited automatically once the network confirms the transfer.

  1. Go to my.zentrader.com, log in and choose Deposit Funds, then Crypto.
  2. Choose a coin and enter the amount. You can deposit between ¥5,000 and ¥5,000,000 per request ($50 to $50,000), or the equivalent in your account's base currency. The rate is locked at this point, so you know exactly what you'll receive.
  3. Send the amount shown. The window gives you the exact amount of crypto to send, the deposit address and a QR code, and tells you which network to use. Send exactly that amount, on that network only. For XRP, enter the destination tag shown as well. The address and rate are valid for the time shown; if it runs out before you send, just start again.
  4. Wait for confirmation. The window updates on its own: first "transfer detected", then confirmed. You can close it; your balance updates automatically, usually within a few minutes.

Coins you can deposit

Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), XRP, Tether (USDT on Tron TRC-20 or Ethereum ERC-20), USD Coin (USDC, Ethereum ERC-20), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC), Tron (TRX) and Dogecoin (DOGE). The deposit page always shows the current list.

Good to know

  • The network matters. Coins like USDT exist on several networks. Send on the network shown in the window; crypto sent on a different network can't be recovered.
  • Sent a bit more or less? Small differences are fine and are processed automatically. If you send significantly less, the window shows what has arrived and asks you to send the remainder to the same address.
  • Fees: we charge nothing. Your wallet or exchange charges its usual network fee, so choose to pay it on top of the amount rather than deducting it from the amount you send.
  • Crypto Cafe: every crypto deposit earns a 5% cashback bonus.
  • Your own wallet. Send from a wallet or exchange account in your own name. See Deposit and withdrawal rules.
  • Withdrawing in crypto works too. See Can I withdraw in crypto?
  • Not credited? See My deposit hasn't arrived.
