How to withdraw with V-Preca

V-Preca is a virtual prepaid Visa card in Japanese yen. You can withdraw to one from a yen account and use it to pay online wherever Visa is accepted, in Japan or abroad. It can't be used in shops or at card terminals.

  1. Go to my.zentrader.com, log in and choose Withdraw Funds.
  2. Choose V-Preca as the method and pick a card amount: ¥5,000, ¥10,000, ¥25,000, ¥50,000 or ¥100,000.
  3. Submit the request. Like other withdrawals, it's processed Monday to Friday, within 24 hours of your request.
  4. Check your email. Once the withdrawal is processed, we email you a link to your card page, a 15-digit gift code and the last 4 digits of the card number.

Using your card

  1. Open the link in the email and agree to the terms of use.
  2. Enter the gift code and the last 4 digits of the card number.
  3. Your card details appear: the 16-digit card number, the expiry date, the security code (CVV), the balance and your payment history. Use them to pay online like any Visa card.

Good to know

  • No fee. We don't charge anything for V-Preca withdrawals.
  • No registration needed. You don't need to sign up or verify your identity with V-Preca. The details in the email are all you need to use the card.
  • Keep the details safe. Anyone with the gift code or the card details can spend the balance. Keep the email private and never share it.
  • Payments are made in yen. On overseas websites, a currency conversion fee may apply.
