How to withdraw

You can request a withdrawal at any time from your client area. Withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday, within 24 hours of your request.

  1. Go to my.zentrader.com, log in and choose Withdraw Funds.
  2. Enter the amount and choose a method. The page shows the methods available to your account: a bank transfer, crypto (BTC, ETH, XRP, LTC, DOGE, DAI or USDT on TRC-20) and, for yen accounts, V-Preca, a prepaid Visa card. The minimum, maximum and any fee for each method are shown on the page.
  3. Enter the details for that method. - Bank transfer: your bank, branch, account type and account number, and the account name exactly as it appears in your bankbook. For a yen account, enter the name in katakana. - Crypto: your wallet address, plus the Destination Tag for XRP if your wallet uses one. Check that the address is on the right network, because crypto sent to an address on another network can't be recovered. - V-Preca: choose the card amount. The card details are emailed to you once the withdrawal is processed.
  4. Submit the request. You'll get an email confirming that we've received it. The money stays in your account, and you can keep trading with it, until the withdrawal is processed. Your requests are listed at the bottom of the Withdraw Funds page.
  5. That's it. Once your withdrawal is processed, you'll get a confirmation email. A bank transfer usually reaches your bank the same day, and crypto is sent to your wallet.

Good to know

  • One request at a time. You can have only one pending withdrawal. To change the amount or method, cancel it at the bottom of the Withdraw Funds page and submit a new one.
  • Weekends and holidays. Requests made at the weekend are processed on the next business day, and Japanese public holidays can delay bank withdrawals.
  • Your own name only. Withdrawals are paid only to a bank account or wallet in your own name.
  • Deposits are for trading. Every deposit is meant for trading, not for withdrawing straight away. Using a card deposit to turn credit into cash (credit card cashing), or using your account as a way to pay, move or exchange money, isn't permitted. In those cases we may charge a fee or return the deposit to where it came from. See Deposit and withdrawal rules.
  • Deposited by card? Part or all of a withdrawal may be refunded to the card you deposited with. See Can I withdraw to my card?
