Can I withdraw in crypto?

Yes. You can withdraw in BTC, ETH, XRP, LTC, DOGE, DAI or USDT (on the TRC-20 network only). We don't charge a fee, and we pay the network fee too.

  1. Go to my.zentrader.com, log in and choose Withdraw Funds.
  2. Enter the amount in your account's currency and choose the coin. The minimum is ¥5,000 ($50), or the equivalent in your account's base currency. The page shows the maximum for each coin.
  3. Enter your wallet address, plus the Destination Tag for XRP if your wallet uses one. If you've saved your details under Saved Information, they're filled in for you.
  4. Submit the request. It's processed Monday to Friday, within 24 hours of your request. When it's processed, the amount is converted from your account's currency into the coin at that moment's rate and sent to your wallet. We email you the transaction ID (TxID).

Check the address and network

Crypto sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network can't be recovered.

  • Match the coin and network. The address must be for the coin you chose, on that coin's own network.
  • USDT is sent on TRC-20 only. Your wallet or exchange must accept USDT on TRC-20. These addresses start with T.
  • XRP may need a Destination Tag. If your wallet or exchange gives you one, enter it, or the coins may not reach your account there.
