We process withdrawals Monday to Friday, within 24 hours of your request. Many are processed within a few hours. Once yours is processed, we email you, and how soon you receive the money depends on the method:
- Bank transfer: usually in your bank account the same day.
- Crypto: sent to your wallet straight away. It arrives once the network confirms it, and the email includes the transaction ID (TxID).
- V-Preca: the card details are in the email, ready to use.
- Card refund: if part of your withdrawal was processed as a card refund, that part goes back to your card, not to your bank. Check Transaction History in your client area, where it's listed as a card refund with the amount. It can take up to 14 business days to appear on your card statement. See Can I withdraw to my card?
Weekends and holidays
Withdrawals aren't processed at the weekend. A request made late on Friday or at the weekend is processed on the next business day, usually Monday. Japanese public holidays can also delay bank transfers.
Until it's processed
The money stays in your account, and you can keep trading with it. You can see the status of your request at the bottom of the Withdraw Funds page, and cancel it there if you change your mind. See How to check or cancel a withdrawal.
