You can view the status of your withdrawal requests on the Withdrawal Funds page of the Zentrader Dashboard.
The possible statuses for withdrawal requests are as follows:
- Pending: The request has been submitted and is awaiting action. You can still cancel the withdrawal at this stage.
- Processing: Our finance team is currently processing your withdrawal request. The request cannot be canceled at this stage.
- On Hold: Our support team requires additional information to process your withdrawal request. The request cannot be canceled at this stage.
- Processed: The withdrawal request has been successfully processed.
Once your withdrawal request is processed, the funds will be deducted from your trading account, and you will receive an email notification.
