How to check or cancel a withdrawal

Your open withdrawal requests are listed at the bottom of the Withdraw Funds page in your client area, with the method, amount, fee and status of each one.

What the status means

  • Pending: we've received your request, and it's waiting to be processed. You can still cancel it.
  • Processing: we're processing it now, so it can no longer be cancelled.
  • On Hold: we need more information before we can process it. Check your email for a message from our support team. A request on hold can't be cancelled.

Once a withdrawal is processed, it leaves the list, the amount is taken from your balance, and we email you to confirm. You can then find it in Transaction History, on the Balance History tab.

If a request is rejected

We email you to say why. The most common reason is that your balance was too low to cover the withdrawal when we processed it, for example because the money had been used in trading. Nothing is taken from your account, and you can submit a new request.

Cancel a withdrawal

While the status is Pending, click Cancel next to the request. The money stays in your account. You can have only one pending withdrawal at a time, so to change the amount or the method, cancel the request and submit a new one.
