Our goal is to provide you with the fastest and most convenient methods to deposit to and withdraw from your Zentrader account. We balance this with our regulatory and compliance requirements to our payment and banking partners.
Before placing a deposit and trading with us, please ensure that you understand our deposit and withdrawal policies.
General Information
All deposits and withdrawals must be to and come from a payment source held in the same name as your Zentrader account.
In instances where a withdrawal has been submitted and there is no trading or the trade volume is less than the deposited amount, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee of 10% of the deposited amount (min $10 / ¥1500).
In order to prevent processing delays, please refrain from submitting multiple withdrawal requests.
We may request some additional information from time-to-time, depending on our banking partners’ requirements.
Processing Times
Deposits via most methods are reflected instantly (1-5 minutes). Please see the deposit page in your Zentrader dashboard for information on a specific payment method.
Withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
During these times, we endeavour to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours. However processing times may take longer than usual due to compliance checks or if we require additional information.
Funds are only deducted from your trading account once the withdrawal request has been processed by our finance team. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account to prevent rejection of your withdrawal request.
You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been processed or rejected.
Credit Card Payments
Deposits made via credit card (Visa/Mastercard/JCB) may be refunded first to the card used in circumstances where there is limited trade volume. Limited trade volume is defined as being trade activity of less than 3-4 times the deposit amount.
Once credit card refunds are processed, they may take approximately 14 days to appear on your statement.
If you request a credit card refund, we may no longer be able to accept further credit card payments and you will need to use another method of payment going forward.
Prohibited Activities
Use of our services for the purpose of obtaining cash from your credit card (credit card cashing) is prohibited.
Use of any of our payment methods for the sole purpose of receiving 3rd party rewards points or incentives e.g. credit card airline miles is prohibited.
Use of the Zentrader systems as a payment gateway or exchange is prohibited e.g. depositing via one method and withdrawal via another for the sole purpose of exchanging funds.
We reserve the right to deduct processing fees charged to us by our banking partners from the deposited amounts in the above circumstances.
Deposit and Withdrawal Fees
Zentrader charges no deposit fees.
Fees on withdrawals depend on the method chosen and can be found on the Withdraw Funds page. Zentrader offers a number of withdrawal methods free of charge.
Payment rejection fees charged to us by our bank due to incorrect entry of banking details may be passed along to the client.
