Short expiries (On-Demand, 15 seconds to 5 minutes) are only available on some assets, and on currency pairs only at certain times. If you can't see them, check these three things:
- The asset. Short expiries are available on: - Synthetic indices: all of them, at any time. - Currency pairs: EUR/USD, USD/JPY, EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY, AUD/USD, AUD/JPY and NZD/JPY only. - Crypto: 5 minutes only. Gold, silver and the other currency pairs have expiries from 15 minutes up.
- The time. On currency pairs, short expiries are open from 23:00 to 20:00 UTC (8:00 to 5:00 Japan time), Monday to Friday. Outside those hours they show as closed and greyed out. Synthetic indices have them around the clock, including weekends.
- Your screen. If the asset and time are right and the expiries still don't appear, refresh the page, or log out and log in again.
If that doesn't fix it, contact support and tell us the asset and the time you tried.
Good to know
- TOUCH only has short expiries (On-Demand, 30 seconds to 5 minutes), so it's only available on the seven currency pairs and on VOLX 10, JUMP 10 and STEP 100.
- Expiries with numbers, like 15 minutes ①②③, are fixed-time expiries (Classic), not short ones. See Expiry times.
