In a TOUCH trade you win if the price touches your chosen line at any time before expiry. The trade pays out the moment the price touches the line. You don't have to wait for expiry.
How it works
When you choose TOUCH, two lines appear on the chart, one above the current price and one below it.
- Choose an asset and an expiry time.
- Enter your amount and check the payout.
- Tap UP if you think the price will reach the upper line, or DOWN if you think it will reach the lower line.
- If the price touches your line at any point before expiry, the trade closes straight away and you receive the payout. Touching the line exactly counts as a win.
- If it never touches your line, the trade loses at expiry.
Example: you buy UP on USD/JPY with a 5-minute expiry at a 200% payout, staking ¥1,000. If the price touches the upper line within 5 minutes, the trade closes and you receive ¥2,000.
Where the lines are
How far the lines sit from the price reflects how volatile the market is. When the market is more volatile, the lines are generally further away. The lines you see on the chart when you buy are the lines your trade uses.
Expiry times, payouts and assets
- Expiry times: 30 seconds, 1 minute, 3 minutes or 5 minutes.
- Payouts: up to 500%. The payout depends on the asset and expiry, is shown before you buy, and is fixed once you enter.
