How to download your statement and transaction history

Everything that has happened on your account is in Transaction History in the client area at my.zentrader.com: every trade, deposit, withdrawal, fee and cashback bonus, with a summary for any period you choose and a CSV file you can download. The trading platform's own History tab shows only your most recent trades, so this page is the place for the full record.

Choosing a period

Pick a period at the top of the page: today, yesterday, the last 7 or 30 days, this month, last month, this year, last year, or a custom range of up to 12 months. Times are shown in your device's time zone, and the page says which zone it's using.

What the page shows

  • Summary. Your real funds over the period: opening balance, deposits, withdrawals, fees, refunds, adjustments and closing balance. Below it, the same for your cashback bonus: opening bonus, bonus received, bonus removed or expired, bonus used in trades and closing bonus.
  • Trades. Each trade with its date and time, trade ID, asset, trade type, timeframe, direction, open and close price, investment and payout.
  • Funds and Bonuses. Every movement of real funds and of cashback bonus, with a running balance, and All for the two together.

Downloading the CSV

Choose the period, then Download CSV. The file opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets and carries a header with the issuer of your account, your name, your account number, the currency, the period and the date it was generated, so it stands on its own as a statement. If you've added Zentrader to your iPhone's home screen, the download opens the share sheet so you can save the file or send it to yourself. For a very long period the file may take too long to prepare; if so, split it into shorter ranges.

For your tax return, the last-year period and its CSV give you the figures you need. See Yearly figures for your tax return.
