Card deposits are processed by payment providers, so the name on your card statement is usually not "Zentrader". A Zentrader card deposit appears under one of these names:

- payment lookup
- P.V*support24
- Easy Cdtansgpintern
- NEXIGADGETCOM
The amount may also look slightly different from what you deposited. Some cards are billed in US dollars, and your card company converts the charge at its own rate. See How to deposit by card.
Checking a charge
To match a line on your statement to a deposit, log in at my.zentrader.com and open Transaction History: every deposit is listed with its date and amount. If you can't match a charge, contact support with the statement line (name, date and amount) and we'll check it for you. Please ask us before disputing the charge with your card company, as a dispute can hold up your account.
