Your name, date of birth, address, phone number and email address are fixed once you've saved them, because your identity check and our records as a financial services firm are tied to them. You can't edit them yourself in the client area, but we can change them for you. Contact us through the chat while you're signed in to the client area, so we know the request is yours, and tell us what needs to change. We'll confirm when it's done.
Email address
Tell us the new address. Once we've switched your account to it, you sign in with the new address and all our emails go there. For now this is done by our team; changing it yourself in the client area is coming soon.
Phone number
Tell us the new number, including the country code. It needs to be your own mobile number, as it may be used to confirm it's you when you access your account.
Name or address
These are the details your identity was verified against, so we need to see a document that shows the new name or address before we change them. We'll ask you to go through the identity check again with your updated ID, which takes a few minutes on your phone, rather than send us photos of documents by email or chat. See How to verify your identity.
Moving to another country
If you move abroad, let us know, since where you live affects whether we can offer you our service. See Who can open an account?
If the details were wrong from the start
If you mistyped your name or date of birth when you signed up, that's a correction rather than a change, and it's quicker to sort out before the identity check. See I entered the wrong name or date of birth.
