How can I tell it's really Zentrader?

People pretending to be Zentrader are the most common scam our customers meet: a lookalike website, an email or LINE message from "support", or a social media account offering signals, bonuses or account management. Checking is simple, because our official places are few and the rules never change.

Our websites

All of our sites end in zentrader.com:

  • zentrader.com, our website, in English and Japanese
  • my.zentrader.com, your client area, where you sign in, deposit and withdraw
  • support.zentrader.com, this help centre

Before you sign in or enter card details, look at the address bar. If the address doesn't end in zentrader.com, it isn't us.

Our emails

Every email from us comes from an address ending in @zentrader.com. Check the actual sender address, not just the name shown, because a scam email can display "Zentrader" as its name while coming from somewhere else. Links in our emails take you to zentrader.com addresses only. If you're unsure about an email, don't click anything in it: open my.zentrader.com by typing the address, and check your account from there.

Social media and messaging apps

Our social channels share news and content, nothing more. We never use social media or messaging apps to ask for payments or personal details, and we never offer trading signals, "winning methods" or account management through them, or anywhere else. Anyone doing so in our name isn't us, however official the account looks. See Can Zentrader manage my account or teach me to trade?

How we contact you

We reply to you through the chat and by email, in answer to something you asked, or to tell you about your account, a deposit, a withdrawal or an offer. We don't phone you, and we don't start conversations with you on LINE, social media or messaging apps. If someone contacts you that way claiming to be Zentrader, it isn't us.

Where payments happen

Deposits are made only through the deposit page in your client area. If you pay by bank transfer, the account to pay into is shown there at the time. We never send bank details, wallet addresses or payment links by chat, email or message, and we never ask you to pay a fee to release a withdrawal, a bonus or a "frozen" balance. Identity documents are requested only inside the identity check in your client area. See Why do you need to verify my identity?

If something doesn't match

Don't reply, don't click, and don't pay. Sign in at my.zentrader.com by typing the address, check whether anything is actually waiting for you there, and tell us through the chat what you received. We'd rather hear about a false alarm than miss a real one.
