No to both. Zentrader is a platform for self-directed traders: you make every trading decision yourself, and you trade at your own risk.
What we don't offer
- Investment advice or strategies. We don't tell you what, when or how much to trade.
- Signals or tips. We don't send trade ideas or "winning methods".
- Managed accounts. We never trade on your behalf.
Nobody else may trade your account either
We don't permit third parties to offer account management for Zentrader accounts. Your account is for you to trade yourself.
- Don't share your login with anyone who offers to trade for you.
- If someone promises guaranteed profits, or asks you to deposit so they can trade for you, it isn't Zentrader, whatever name they use. Report it to support.
- Accounts operated by someone else may be suspended under our terms.
What we can help with
- How the platform works: how each trade type is decided, what the payout means, when markets are open. That's what these articles are for.
- A place to practise: the demo account, and the quick demo on the website that needs no registration.
- Your own record: your trade history shows the entry price, closing price and result of every trade, so you can review what worked.
