No. Zentrader doesn't sell, send or recommend trading signals, and it doesn't offer trading robots or any other software that places trades for you. We don't recommend third-party providers of either, because a platform steering its customers towards particular trades would be a conflict of interest. And nothing sold as a signal or a robot takes the risk out of trading.
Signals
A signal is someone telling you what to trade and when. We don't send any, and nobody sends them on our behalf. Offers of "official Zentrader signals", a "Zentrader VIP group" or a "Zentrader analyst" are not us, whatever logo they carry, and we don't recommend any outside provider either. Be careful with offers like these, especially when they come with a joining fee or a share of your profits. See Can Zentrader manage my account or teach me to trade?
Robots and auto-trading tools
Automated trading isn't permitted on Zentrader at the moment, so no robot, script or browser extension is allowed to trade your account, whoever made it. A tool that asks for your sign-in details so it can trade for you puts your account in someone else's hands, and an account operated by someone else can be suspended under our terms. We're building an API for automated trading under its own terms, and we'll announce it when it's ready. See Is automated trading allowed?
If someone offers you one
Don't pay, don't share your sign-in details, and don't deposit because they told you to. If they claim a connection with Zentrader, tell us: we report accounts and sites that use our name. See How to report a suspicious message.
Whatever anyone offers you, every trade on your account is made at your own discretion and at your own risk. See What are the risks of trading?
