Your Rewards tier is shown in the client area, and it updates as you trade.
- Log in to the client area. The Rewards panel in the sidebar shows your current tier, the cashback bonus you've earned so far this month, your position on the tier ladder, and how much more you need to trade to reach the next tier. Until you reach Bronze, it shows how much volume you need to unlock a payout.
- Open the Rewards Program page for the month-by-month record: your trading volume, number of trades, points, the tier you reached, the cashback bonus for the month and its payment status.
When your tier changes
Your tier is worked out from this month's trading volume, so it rises during the month as soon as you cross the next threshold. On the 1st, the month closes: the tier you reached and the cashback bonus for the month are recorded, the cashback bonus is paid, and your volume and points start again from zero. The status you earned stays with you through the following month. Volume counts every trade you place on your live account, win or lose; demo trades don't count. See What is the Rewards program?
