Rewards is our loyalty program. Every month, the more you trade, the higher the rate of cashback bonus you earn on that trading, and the result is paid into your account on the 1st of the following month. Every live account is enrolled automatically, so there is nothing to sign up for, and the cashback bonus comes with the same simple conditions as all of our cashback.
How it works
Your trading volume for the month is the total of all the trades you place, whether they win or lose. Every $100 (¥10,000) of volume earns one point, and your points decide your tier: Bronze from 10 points up to Elite at 750. Each tier has its own cashback rate, and the rates work in bands. Volume up to the Silver threshold earns the Bronze rate, volume between the Silver and Gold thresholds earns the Silver rate, and so on, so reaching a higher tier raises the rate on everything you trade above that point. You need to reach at least Bronze in a month to be paid for it, and the cashback bonus is capped at $1,000 (¥100,000) a month.

Amounts are shown in US dollars and yen; for other base currencies, the thresholds are the equivalent in your account's currency, and your cashback bonus is paid in it.
Example. You trade $5,000 (¥500,000) in a month, which is 50 points and puts you in Silver. The first $3,000 (¥300,000) earns the Bronze rate of 0.5%, which is $15 (¥1,500), and the remaining $2,000 (¥200,000) earns the Silver rate of 0.6%, which is $12 (¥1,200). On the 1st of the next month, a cashback bonus of $27 (¥2,700) is added to your account.
When it is paid and how to use it
The cashback bonus is credited automatically on the 1st of each month for the previous month's trading, shortly after midnight UTC (around 9:00 in Japan), and appears in your Cashback Bonus balance. If you didn't reach Bronze, nothing is paid for that month. Your volume and points start again from zero on the 1st, while the status you earned stays with you through the following month.
Like every cashback bonus, it is used first when you trade, you only need to trade it once, a winning trade returns it to you with your winnings in your Real Funds, and it expires 30 days after it is credited. See Bonus and cashback conditions.
Rewards and the welcome cashback bonus
The two are separate, and you receive both. The welcome cashback bonus is a one-off for new accounts, paid after your first 20 trades. Rewards continues every month for as long as you trade. See Welcome cashback bonus for new accounts.

In the client area, the Rewards panel shows your cashback bonus so far this month, your position on the tier ladder, and how much more volume you need to reach the next tier.
