A cashback bonus can't be traded on its own. To place a trade with it, you need Real Funds in your account of at least the amount you're trading: a $10 (¥1,000) trade needs at least $10 (¥1,000) in Real Funds, however large your cashback bonus is. If your Real Funds have run out, make a deposit and you can trade again.
Check your balances
The balance at the top of the trading platform is your account balance, which is your Real Funds and your cashback bonus added together. Tap it to open the account menu, where the two are shown separately as Real Funds and Cashback Bonus. If your Real Funds are at zero, the menu shows "Real Funds needed to trade" with a Deposit button. If you try to place a trade for more than your Real Funds, the platform tells you "Insufficient Real Funds Balance".
How your cashback bonus is used
Once you have enough Real Funds, your cashback bonus is used first, and your Real Funds are only drawn on when the bonus has been used up. Suppose you hold $100 (¥10,000) in cashback bonus and $100 (¥10,000) in Real Funds, and you place a $10 (¥1,000) trade.
- The $10 (¥1,000) is taken from your cashback bonus, which falls to $90 (¥9,000). Your Real Funds stay at $100 (¥10,000).
- If the trade loses, that is the end of it: you've lost $10 (¥1,000) of cashback bonus and none of your own money.
- If the trade wins at a 190% payout, you receive $19 (¥1,900), and the whole amount is added to your Real Funds, which rise to $119 (¥11,900). You can withdraw it or keep trading with it.
With the same $100 (¥10,000) cashback bonus but only $5 (¥500) in Real Funds, the $10 (¥1,000) trade is refused, while a $5 (¥500) trade goes through.
A cashback bonus expires 30 days after it's credited, so make sure you trade it within that time. If you've made a deposit and still can't trade, check that it has arrived in your Real Funds, then contact us through the chat if it has. See Bonus and cashback conditions.
