Each cashback bonus is paid at a different time, depending on the offer it comes from. If yours hasn't appeared, check below when it is due and where to find it. If it is overdue, contact us and we'll look into it.
Where to look
On the trading platform, tap the balance at the top of the screen to open the account menu. Your cashback bonus is shown on the Cashback Bonus row, separately from your Real Funds. In the client area, every bonus also appears in Transaction History under the Balance History tab, listed as Bonus. We email you when the welcome cashback bonus is credited.
When each cashback bonus is paid
Welcome cashback bonus. Paid once you've made a deposit and placed 20 trades on your live account. The bonus is added the next time you open the client area after your 20th trade, so if you've just placed it, log in to the client area: the bonus appears in your Cashback Bonus balance and the confirmation email follows. Demo trades don't count. See Welcome cashback bonus for new accounts.
Rewards cashback bonus. Paid automatically on the 1st of each month for the previous month's trading, shortly after midnight UTC (around 9:00 in Japan). It is paid only if your trading volume for the month reached the Bronze tier; below that, no cashback bonus is due for that month. See What is the Rewards program?
Crypto Cafe. 5% of each crypto deposit, credited automatically when the deposit itself is credited to your account.
Refer a Friend. Credited automatically when the friend you referred makes their first deposit, provided they signed up through your referral link.
When to contact us
If the bonus is overdue, contact us through the chat and tell us which one you're expecting: for example, that you've placed 20 live trades and opened the client area, or that it's after the 1st and you reached Bronze last month. For a Crypto Cafe bonus, include the deposit's Transaction ID from your Transaction History.
