Three documents set out the terms of your Zentrader account: the Terms and Conditions, the Risk Disclosure and the Privacy Policy. You can read them at any time, without signing in.
The documents
- Terms and Conditions (Client Agreement). The agreement between you and Zentrader. It covers opening and using your account, deposits and withdrawals, and trading. Read it at my.zentrader.com/terms.
- Risk Disclosure. The risks of trading, which you should understand before you place a trade. Read it at my.zentrader.com/risk-disclosure.
- Privacy Policy. What personal data we collect, how we use and protect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Read it at my.zentrader.com/privacy.
The Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy can also be downloaded as PDFs from the Terms and Conditions page on zentrader.com.
Bonuses and the cashback bonus have their own conditions. See Bonus and cashback conditions.
Language
The documents are available in English and Japanese. If the two versions ever differ, the English version applies.
When you agree to them
You accept the Terms and Conditions when you open your account, by ticking the box on the sign-up form. They apply for as long as you have the account.
When they change
We update the documents from time to time. Important changes are announced on the blog on zentrader.com, and we may also email you.
