How long until I receive my withdrawal funds?

Withdrawals are processed once daily (Monday to Friday excluding holidays).

The time it takes to receive your funds will depend on the method chosen.

For local bank transfer (JPY, IDR, SGD, VND, THB, PHP), e-wallets and cryptocurrencies this it typically the same day.

For international bank transfers, it can take 1-3 business days for funds to reach your account. 

For funds refunded to a credit card: whilst we process refunds immediately it may take approximately 10 business days to appear on your statement. This is dependent on the credit card issuer.
