The platform has scheduled maintenance every Sunday between 21:00 and 22:00 UTC (Monday 06:00 to 07:00 JST). It lasts between 15 minutes and 1 hour at most. You can't open new trades during maintenance.
Trades that are already open stay open. They carry on and settle as normal.
If we ever need any other major maintenance, we'll tell you in advance by email and with a notice on the platform.
Very occasionally, we may need to carry out unscheduled emergency maintenance. If that happens, you'll see a notice on the platform.
Outside the weekly window, synthetic indices and cryptocurrencies trade 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round, including weekends and holidays.
