I have a cashback bonus balance, but can not trade. How can I use it?

Cashback bonuses are held separately to real funds. You can check real funds and cashback bonus balances in the menu on the trading platform.

To use the cashback balance to place a trade, you will need to deposit the equivalent amount or more in real funds.

Cashback bonus funds are always used first.

As with all Zentrader cashback bonuses, we do not have any complicated terms and conditions. You only need to trade the cashback a minimum of 1 times and the funds are yours (plus any profits made on these trades).
