How to check a trade's closing price

Every trade's entry price and closing price are kept in your trade history, so you can check any result.

On the trading platform

  1. Under the chart, open the History tab. It shows your most recent 20 trades.
  2. Tap the trade. You'll see the entry price, the closing price, the expiry time, the trade amount and the payout. For TOUCH and SPREAD trades, the line your trade was judged against is shown too.

In your client area

For your full trading record, log in at my.zentrader.com and open Transaction History.

If you want a price verified

The closing price is the price from our feed at the expiry time, and it can differ slightly from other brokers' charts. If you'd like us to verify the price on a particular trade against the feed, contact support with the trade ID and what you saw. See How are Zentrader's prices set?
