Zentrader is a group of companies, and the one that serves you depends on where you live. When you open an account, you're assigned to the group company responsible for your country of residence, and that company is the one you contract with. Its name is in the terms and conditions you accept when you sign up, which you can read at any time in your client area at my.zentrader.com, and it appears as the issuer on the statements you download.
Why it depends on where you live
Different group companies provide the trading services and the payment processing in different parts of the world. Each one offers its services from its own jurisdiction, where it's authorised to provide them, and takes on the customers in the countries it covers. That's what lets us run one platform, with the same client area, trading screen and support team, for customers in many countries.
Is Zentrader authorised to offer me this service?
Yes. The company that serves you provides its services from its own jurisdiction, where it's authorised to offer them. We only accept customers from countries where we can offer the service, and your country of residence is confirmed during the identity check, so an account that has passed the check is one we can serve. What's the same, and what isn't
Whichever company serves you, you use the same platform, the same client area and the same support team, under the same account rules. What can differ by country is the payment methods on offer, the base currency of your account and, in some regions, the products available, since local regulations can limit what we're able to offer there.
