There is no particular “right time to trade” as it is up to each individual trader to develop their own strategy.
Some traders will decide to trade at any time, whilst others find their trading style suited to a particular time of day or trading session.
Whilst trading in financial markets these days is around-the-clock, it is still roughly broken up into 3 major trading sessions where most activity will occur:
- Asia / Tokyo
- Europe / London
- US / New York
